Privacy Policy
We do not release your personal information to any outside source. All information gathered from you while ordering online or by telephone is for our use only! We do not provide your mailing address, email address, or any other personal information to any other vendors or sources. We may at times contact you via email with special offers or information regarding new products. You reserve the right to request to be withdrawn from our mailing list at any time.
Refusal of orders or parcels once they arrive at your destination: If you place an order from our company and the item has been sent to the delivery address, it must be accepted by the recipient. If an item that you ordered is refused by you, you will be charged for the original shipping fees incurred by us.
Damaged Merchandise
We make every attempt to package items to protect against damage. If a parcel arrives to you, and it appears to be damaged (crushed, broken open, wet, or otherwise destroyed), please notify us immediately! We will have the shipping company come to your address to inspect the parcel. Once we receive a confirmation that the parcel is damaged, we will be more than happy to send you a replacement item. The damaged parcel will be taken away at our expense.
Warranty Information
All of our products are covered by a manufactures warranty. Please see the warranty information at the bottom of each item page for the products you are interested in purchasing. All home machines are generally covered by a one year parts and labor warranty through the manufacture. Saeco home coffee and espresso machines are covered by a 18 month parts and labor warranty. Commercial coffee equipment is covered under a one year parts warranty unless otherwise stated.
RETURN POLICY FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED FOR HOME AND SMALL OFFICE USE:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the item you ordered from us, please feel free to return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. We can only pay for return shipping if the item was damaged in transit, was defective, or was a different item than ordered. The item must be free of excessive damage (broken parts, excessive use, or excessive cosmetic damage). It must have all of the parts/accessories, manuals/videos, warranty card, and original item container (or retail display box).
For a period of 30 days please keep your receipt, original shipping container, original item merchandise box , packing materials, and all original documents in case you must return the item you ordered for any reason.
RETURN POLICY FOR MACHINES PURCHASED FOR COMMERCIAL USE:
Commercial use is defined as equipment that was purchased for placement in a cafe, large office building, restaurant, catering service, or any location other than home/residential use.
We offer a trial period for machines that fall under the "commercial use" category and we will except a return 15 days after the date of invoice. Return privileges will be revoked if the machine has been damaged, modified, or otherwise misused. Please the follow steps as described above to initiate a return.
